1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the Civil Defence Training App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app immediately.

2. Eligibility

Use of this app is restricted to Pakistani citizens who meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation of your enrollment without notice.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment is subject to available seats and eligibility criteria set by the institution.
  • A maximum of 2 enrollments per calendar year is permitted.
  • Overlapping course dates are not permitted.
  • The minimum age for enrollment is 18 years.
  • Firefighter-II courses require proof of Firefighter-I certification.
  • Enrollment may be cancelled by the administration at any time without prior notice if eligibility criteria are not met.

5. Attestation & Form Submission

  • After enrollment, you must download your enrollment form, have it physically signed and attested by an authorized gazetted officer, and upload the attested copy through the app.
  • Unattested forms will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • You are allowed a maximum of 3 upload attempts per enrollment.
  • Verification of submitted forms typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

6. Uploaded Documents

All documents uploaded through the app (CNIC images, education certificate, photograph) must be genuine, current, and belong to the registered user. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate cancellation of your enrollment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
  • Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the app or its servers

8. Termination

The Directorate General of Civil Defence reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if these terms are violated or if your enrollment is found to be fraudulent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Civil Defence Department is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this app, including but not limited to technical errors, service interruptions, or data loss. The app is provided on an “as is” basis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this app will be resolved under Pakistani law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
